All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Courier. Payment must be cleared in full via one of our payment processing partners before any goods will be shipped. Then all deliveries are sent via courier in our specially designed packaging to keep your map safe during transit.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged please inform us by email at info@FutureMaps.co.uk where you will be issued with a returns number, this must be done within 7 days of receipt of your order and the goods returned to us within 30 days via recorded delivery. If the goods are found to be faulty they will be replaced free of charge. All postage costs will be refunded in full.

In the event that you receive an item that is not wanted or required, please inform us by email at info@FutureMaps.co.uk where you will be issued with a returns number, this must be done within 7 days of receipt of your order and the goods returned to us within 30 days via recorded delivery. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and be deemed re-saleable. A refund will then be issued within 7 days.
